A GC (group chat) is the group conversation where your people actually live — the plan, the banter, the “who's in?”. Plus One treats the GC as the main character. Every group gets realtime delivery over Socket.IO, so messages, votes and voice notes land the second they're sent, on web, Android and iOS at the same time.

How to make a group chat on Plus One

Under a minute, free, no phone number:

  1. Create your One ID. Open plusoneco.in/app or install the app, sign up with a username and password.
  2. New chat → New group. Tap the new-chat button in your chats inbox.
  3. Add people, name the GC, send. Pick members by username, give it a name, drop the first message. Polls, voice notes and disappearing timers work from message one.

A GC that plans, not just talks

Most group chats die in the “so what time?” scroll. What if the GC admin leaves?

Admins can promote others, and the last admin can never vanish — a Plus One group always has an owner, so the GC never goes headless.
