Terms of Service
1. The service
+one is a realtime messenger and network ("the Service") provided at www.plusoneco.in and via the iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password private.
- One account per person. Usernames are unique; don't impersonate anyone.
- If you use a phone number, it must be yours.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use +one to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or stalk people.
- Post illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights (including copyright or privacy).
- Spam, phish, or spread malware. Don't send unsolicited message requests at scale.
- Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to breach security, scrape the service at scale, or disrupt other users (including intentional abuse of calls or feeds).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post and send. To run the Service, you grant +one a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display your content to the people you share it with — this is the technical permission a messenger needs. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
Previews, summaries, and transformations the app performs (frame/crop edits, song metadata) are part of delivering your content, not separate reuse of it.
5. Message requests and blocking
First messages from people outside your accepted contacts arrive in a Requests inbox. You can accept, decline, or block them. Blocks are enforced server-side: a blocked person can't message you, and neither of you sees the other's statuses or Network posts.
6. Community features
Communities, colleagues, statuses, polls, and posts are public to the audience you choose (Public, Friends, or Selected people). Admin decisions (approving join requests, removing members) rest with community admins, subject to these terms.
7. Availability
We aim for the Service to be available around the clock, but it's provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features — including by taking the Service down for maintenance — with reasonable notice where practical. Backend hosting, database backups, and disaster recovery are configured by us and can change as infra providers change.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account any time (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete One ID). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or that create legal risk for other users. If we terminate for cause, we'll tell you why in the app where possible.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, +one's total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding 12 months — which, since the Service is free, means we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above changes with each revision; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: open the app → Settings → Help & Support, or file an issue at github.com/sakshamfit/BROSKIE/issues. More help: Support.
